Take time to pause & reflect

We are so geared to constant output and productivity that the importance for stillness and reflection gets overlooked.

If we don’t pause to reflect on what is working for us and what is not, we don’t notice where we are leaking our energy unnecessarily until our body communicates it with us — at this point it has landed in the physical and is a lot harder to undo.

This weekend I took this space —

These are reflections I made and the questions I asked myself —

Am I getting enough physical rest?

Am I getting enough movement?

Am I feeding my body the foods it is craving?

Am I meeting my body’s desired water intake?

Where in my days am I leaking energy?

Where am I dipping into my reserves?

Where can I make a change to my routine to better support my goals?

What does my ideal day look like and I am having at least one of these a week?

What emotions are requiring my attention?

What can I do to work with or release this energy in my body?

What thought loops are on replay, where can I achieve ‘completion’ on these to close the loop?
